The FSTE is on the Increase
Today is the day when we get to learn whether inflation in the UK is on the increase or inflation is getting lower as in 2013, and many experts are expecting the FTSE to start trading considerably higher than it was yesterday thanks to a mix of different things.
Overnight we saw the US releasing a mixed bag of data and over in Asia shares started trading much lower in value than was expected with commodity prices in particular looking very low in price compared to last week.
Yesterday the FTSE close at just 0.44 points down, however as the expected inflation figures that will be released today in the UK are looking likely to be negative this may just spark a turned around in the value of the FTSE and that is something to be aware of if you are intending placing one or more Binary Options trades on that particular index.
One of the reasons why inflation is possibly going to be flat or negative is that energy prices in the UK have been dropping which is of course a positive aspect for the UK economy, as people will naturally be paying less for their energy and will have more cash left over to purchase other things.
Also couple the lower price of energy with the collapse in the price of commodities then it will take everyone by surprise if inflation in the UK is up this time round!
Remember that there are a large number of economic data released each working day of the week by different countries of the world and half of the battle you will have as a Binary Options trader is to try and predict just what each country will be releasing by their relevant data and facts and figures.
If you can accurately predict the relevant data then you will be able to place a range of Binary Options trades based on your predictions which if you have been able to guess those figures will see you being able to make sustained profits on the trade you have placed.
