Will the FTSE 100 Breach the 7000 Mark?
One question that you are going to be faced with when placing your indices based Binary Options trades is obviously what way you think the price will rise or fall over any set given time period, however there is a common feeling around traders that the FTSE 100 is about to breach the 7000 point mark and as such many traders are placing their Binary Options trades on just such an outcome.
With the Untied Kingdom showing the strongest growth figures on an ongoing basis when compared with virtually every European state member, many traders have chosen to concentrate their trading efforts purely on UK based companies, for the level of results many of those companies have been experiencing and reporting recently has been very impressive, we recently compiled list for the best performing companies in the last 3 Months.
However, to have an effect on the FTSE 100 the share price of all companies that make up that particular index do have to show something of a collective set of share price increases, and this is now looking more and more likely. But the FTSE 100 as anyone with any experience of that index will tell you it’s always prone to massive swings in its value and as such if you are contemplating placing a trade on it in the very near future you should as always proceed with caution.
It is worth noting that as Christmas is fast approaching then many retailing companies in the FTSE 100 will be hoping for a very busy trading period, whilst it is true to say the banking institutions listed on the FTSE 100 have been having something of a torrid time recently and with many banks still setting aside millions and even billions of Pounds for past wrong doings they may not be the strongest performing companies in the FTSE 100.
Oil based companies are also seeing their share prices taking a battering with the ever decreasing price of crude oil, and as such when you take an overview in regards as to whether the FTSE 100 will eventually breach the 7000 point mark you may think this is not going to happen any time soon, but you will probably be in the minority for many traders are convinced it will.
